Intro
A chocolate shell holds a spiced chocolate ganache. Poached Seckel pears, Hardy kiwis, persimmon, pomegranate, plum, figs, and asian pears adorn this seasonal beauty. This tart was served with a honey and spice Mascarpone cream. A perfect dessert to showcase the season’s finest offerings.
That truly is BEAUTIFUL! All those colors together are great.
This looks like a piece of art, no jewelry…Gorgeous! The taste must have been incredible!
Magnificant!
Absolutely amazing! Helene is right – this looks too beautiful to eat, like an amazing work of art!
Even though it does look too beautiful to eat, I ate it and it was savored every bite! Sorry to make anyone jealous, but it was delicious! I don’t know how I got so lucky as to marry a talented pastry chef.
Okay, I was picturing this totally different when you described it to me, but it looks utterly amazing! True art! I love it.
It looks like a treasure chest… a tasty treasure chest.
Hi Ashley,

I’m a bit late, I know, but this is one of the most stunning pieces of pastry I’ve ever seen. It reminds me of the jeweled trees in the story of Aladdin.
I would love to make this but I couldn’t find the recipe. Can anyone direct me? Thanks!
