It’s so often true. I love creating the feast but I also love that a feast is not needed to make a great and meaningful celebration. Much fun to be had with take out pizza. ha.

kimchi and cheese were made for each other. case studies: budae jiggae, kimchi quesadillas, kimchi with melted cheddar over rice. i’m going to buy a costco-sized container of kimchi, and making this as soon as i get home.
