As a compromise, I made peanut butter ice cream and swirled the caramel and peanuts into it (along with dark chocolate chunks). I’m not normally a fan of whole peanuts, but this sauce is enough to turn me into a convert. Thank you so much for the recipe (eventually I’ll make the full bars!) — your blog has always been one of my favorites…it’s rare to find one that consistently provides gorgeous photos, recipes I can’t wait to make, and writing that draws me in from the moment I begin reading.
