Oh my goodness. This was dinner yesterday, lunch today…and dinner today. Seriously delicious. How do you do it Ashely?? Thank you for another heart warming meal.

Also, just as a side note, my friend and I are already planning a trip to Seattle that will be built around a visit to the Not Without Salt shoppe:)

This was dinner tonight and the whole family loved it. I wish I made a double batch because there were no leftovers. Appart from great taste it was easy, very quick to make and no mess. Only 3 vegetables to chop plus garnish, can’t ask for more in a recipe.

Just made this and is really tasty! I think it’s one of those recipes where eating in a day later makes it even better because the corn flavour generated the soup more. So I’m freezing it for lunches minus the cream and will add that when I reheat 🙂

I made this tonight, and boy, it did not disappoint! My husband and 2-year-old daughter loved it, as did I. Perfectly comforting and so delicious. This is now my go-to potato corn chowder recipe. Thank you! 🙂
