The recipe for the Kimchee says to cut the scallions into 3 inch lengths but they aren’t 3 inch lengths in the photograph of them on soup. Was the Kimchee chopped up further for the soup?

For the kimchee it really is BUT of course you can feel free to add less. It’s very spicy, as you can imagine.

Looks great. I love roasted cauliflower, so this should be good. One question: Is it REALLY 1/4 cup of red pepper flakes? Because I know I’ll be reducing that! Otherwise, it looks yummy. Time to get some coconut milk in the house.

The scallion kimchi is totally delicious! Not sure what went wrong, but the soup itself was not good at all. Will definitely make the kimchi again! 🙂

I know, I know, I’m back again. I seriously cannot put into words how much this would mean to me to win this blender. As a healthy living advocate, it WOULD truly expand my recipes (soups and smoothies galore!) and widen my nutritional intake as I’d be eating foods that I might not regularly consume on a daily basis, such as homemade almond milk, ground flax and more!
