I know I’m a bit late to this party, but this sandwich was my dinner last night and it satisfied my soul. It was also my first attempt at grilling on a cedar plank and I am happy to report it has completely changed my salmon game. Also, that red onion relish will now be made over and over this summer. I cleaned the grill then rubbed it with an oil soaked paper towel quickly. The bacon grilled up perfectly. I’ve not heard of Lemonaise. Sounds amazing!

What a beautiful sandwich! I was wondering if you did any preparation of the grill to make sure the bacon didn’t stick? I’ve had some issues in the past with our grill consuming little bits of everything I try to cook. One more question/comment, have you ever tried Lemonaise? I think it would be PERFECT for this sandwich as a replacement for the mayo, let me know what you think!

This sandwich looks delicious and I have to say, I’m really enjoying these recipe videos. Normally I never bother to find my headphones to watch a video, but these are worth it. Not too long and I love the little extra tips you give.
