When I have made it I just use Canola. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. It takes a little getting used to to work with. If you think of it more like a tart crust and just press it into the pan that seems to work very well.

It’s funny because I enjoy the process of multi component desserts but I hardly ever eat them. I’d rather have a scopp of homemade vanilla ice cream or a good apple pie. I’m with you on this one.
