I love virgin cocktails – the mojito is regularly requested at the events we cater. I often put a little ginger beer into the mix to spice it up but I think the cooling botanical flavour of cucumber would melt the hearts of the designated drivers aka the wives! Keep these coming – So useful, best wishes and congratulations on your pregnancy!

Shoshana – We love snow cones in the summer time. Last year I picked up an ice shaver and we made many of delightful snow cone treats. This recipe would be great as a snow cone!!
