Made this last night for my husband and brother. It was sooo yummy. They both were a little freaked out when I added the snap peas and pancetta to the Mac and cheese “Whoa, you are a crazy woman”, but it was creamy and delicious with a nice crunch from the cooked peas. Delish! I can’t wait for Let’s Stay In!

Holy moly! I feel ya on still wanting bone warming, comfort foods in the dead of summer. We made chili last night and it was 95* in NC. haha Can’t wait to make this!
