Cooking with an open flame certainly gives you a new perspective to preparing food, and new flavors to work with. I always look for ways to challenge myself in the kitchen, and using my large tablet to follow your Fire Roasted Pumpkin Fondue recipe, I could open a door to a new cooking challenge for my family and I to enjoy! Just looking at your fun adventure outdoors, I might even try this outdoors in the wilderness on a trip with my own family! Thank you for the inspiration!

I’m so excited about this series and loved the first episode! I think my camping buddies always think I’m a little crazy for trying to execute gourmet meals in the wilderness but it is such a fun challenge. Very excited to see what’s next, I’m always looking for inspiration.

This is magical. What photos! What food!
I cooked over a fire for two years, as a Peace Corps volunteer living in Africa. Everything is possible. Even brownies and pizza. The main ingredient is ingenuity.
