I lurv ginger– tea, ale, candy, with sushi, in a sushi, etc. I love grating the ginger instead of slicing it to get the most out of it. Makes it stronger, but you don’t have to use that much and it’ll go a long way. I love extracting the ginger goodness out that way :).

Without Bourbon (but added Asian pear sliced) this is an Ancient Asian recipe ๐Ÿ™‚ for cold and cogestion. Asian Pears (which are sold in Asian Market, especially in Korean market. Some Costco carries under the name Japanese Pear).
These pears are known to take way cogestion. ๐Ÿ™‚
