definitely not kids toast! Love the pecorino with the prosciutto, and would never have thought to pair either with a peach! A perfect sweet addition to the other flavors, thank you for sharing this!

I was such a toast kid growing up too! It seems super silly that toast is a food trend right now. I mean, its toast! But this toast could start a riot! It looks amazing!! YUM!!!

I’m drooling. It’s fantastic how you can turn a few everyday ingredients into a lovely meal. Such a shame that I finished eating my coffee & eggs as I read this. Guess it’s time for second breakfast 😉
