just a quick note, the real couscous (also in Israel) is much more thiner/finer and is made from semolina. That “Israeli couscous” is actually some kind of small pasta and has nothing to do with couscous, the exact product is sold in israel as “Ptitim” (flakes in Hebrew) but for some reason it’s branded in the US as “Israeli couscous”.

Wouldn’t this be good with leftover lamb that was cooked medium-rare? I think it might.
