Creativity for me is a river. There have been years where this river flowed underground and years when it broke the surface and flashed in the sunlight. I really appreciated this post! I’ve been blogging/photographing for almost two years now, and I feel like I’m still finding my voice. I know what colors / lighting I like; it’s the styling part that’s hard for me. But the key is to keep working and finding inspiration!

I just got a Nikon and it was a toss up between that and a Canon. I’m taking a photography course with an assignment a day. This is teaching me about photography and in turn, I’m learning my camera. I really loved this post. You made me stop and do some evaluating . Thank you.

I have a Canon now, too. I’ve had a Minolta and a Leica in the past. The cameras themselves are all so good that what really matters is what a person does with them. I love your closeups, especially the ones in low light. I haven’t been able to pull off that look. Like Old Masters paintings.

I love Canon too and use it as well. I got mine for Christmas a year ago.
