I made croissants and had a lot of scraps (from making the “precise triangles”) that I didn’t want to dump. I too thought of making a loaf out of the scraps but I did not know the right temperature to bake the loaf..I am glad I found this post! THANKS! I will definitely make this again..turned out so well!
