I’m in love with the combination of tangy, calm preserved lemon and the chicken here. Absolutely amazing. I made the similar but not-so-similar chicken with capers and lemons (here: https://www.meyerfoodblog.com/lemon-caper-baked-chicken) and am definitley going on to doing this one…tonight! I get so bored with chicken that I tell my best friend I could live without it. Then, I find recipes like this that make me feel like I could use more chicken in my life. Thanks for sharing this flavorful recipe!

really creative recipe, love all of these ingredients and even the backstory of how it was inspired, had not worked with preserved lemons either, so thank you for this recipe
