Nice post. I’ve been discovering gin with gin and tonics all summer and think moving to bourbon will be awesome. By the way, I like Luxardo cherries, but think Amarena Fabbri cherries are even better!

I’ve made bourbon cherries before, and wow. They’re not Luxardo Maraschino cherries, no, but they are delicious. (pitted cherries plus a few tablespoons of sugar and booze to cover).
