I made this and it was DELICIOUS. I didn’t have basil so I mixed the mayo with tarragon and we had left over avocado in the home so I added slices of that. Soooo goooood. Thank-you for this recipe.

But for those with no gluten sensitivities, this looks very delicious. I love slow-roasted tomatoes and this would fit the bill for a filling sandwich on a cold fall day. If you want to skip the bread but use the rest of the ingredients – do it Paleo style and wrap the ingredients in a leaf or two of Romaine lettuce. You just might find it as filling! Those roasted tomatoes really look good. The color is just fantastic. This recipe really looks scrumptious! I am absolutely trying this out for breakfast tomorrow. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I am pretty sure my wife would love it!
