Oh good luck with the book! Your standard of writing is so exceptionally high, the book won’t be anything less than marvellous! One small request though…. In your book, if at all possible, can you put UK measurements (grams/millilitres) as well as US cup measurements? There is a group in France and reviews restaurants purely on the tomato salad because to them, it is the quintessential dish that defines the chef. I think that is such a wonderful idea!
