Next time I would also remove it from the pan after it cools ten minutes, then frost.  Delicious and different.  Wonder how it would come out in a cake pan?  I&#039;m calling it carmel cake so my kids don&#039;t say &quot;yuck, I don&#039;t like dates&quot;]]></description>
