		<description>I made this ( the crust in the freezer, prebaked, the curd in the fridge)for Christmas but we had too many desserts so I held it over for New Year&#039;s.  Excellent!  My new favorite.  Added plus of having a wonderful dessert-in-waiting.  THANK YOU!</description>
