What better way to celebrate then with a Grasshopper Milkshake?! (Not quite the same as the Shamrock Shake…. BETTER!)
In a blender combine some mint chocolate chip ice cream (two cups), whole milk (1/2 cup) and creme de menthe (2 tbl.) Blend until smooth. Serve with a mint chocolate cookie. If you had more restraint then I did you might be lucky enough to have some Thin Mints lying around, if not, any good minty chocolatey cookie will do. Drink up!

I’m sad you missed out… it was delicious. Add another rain check to our growing pile.
This is my kind of shake!
I’m not going to lie, I went to McDonald’s yesterday to get a Shamrock Shake – but this looks so much better! Should have went to your house
This looks so good. Man, there are few things better than a nice ice cream shake. Even though I’m cold right now, I could still drink one of those babies!
Hi there. I found your blog through a random search… but anyways, looking through your food photos, I thought they were really good! Do you take these pics yourself or are you more of the chef? I’m quite curious as to how you make food look so delicious…
Nice blog…keep up the good work!
