Do you chill the browned butter and make the crust like a pie crust or just make it with the liquid butter and press into the tart pan by hand?

this looks yummy. I’m already sticking to the kitchen floor and so many things left to do….I think I”ll try to remember this for Christmas dinner…Having inlaws from the south….pecan pie is almost like religion to them…I’ll have to be very careful!
