I agree about semi-freddo…. do be perfectly honest I had never tried semi-freddo before and I absolutely fell in love the watermelon lime bars. The semi-freddo was so creamy and the two textures together were out of this world. I added a bit more tequila to the sorbet so it was slightly reminiscent of a watermelon margarita. YUM!
