Not Without Salt

I am completely humbled by the kindness and wisdom I found among the many comments from my last post. It’s a remarkable thing to feel such closeness and warmth via the Internet. Because of this still very young blog I have met some amazing people, explored some delicious food, asked some hard questions and have learned many things about myself as well. I had no idea so much could come from something I was reluctant to embrace. Thanks again and I hope I can repay the kindness I have received from all of you.
